Asia Portal at Wikipedia.

Wikipedia, the "web-based collaborative multilingual encyclopedia project supported by the non-profit Wikimedia Fundation" have a very interesting resource: The Asia Portal, an indispensable resource for all those students interested in Asian Studies, Economy, Geography, History, Anthropology, or Culture. The site is divided into geographic areas, and countries.
The content is updated constantly, and there is a community of developers, and people working to revise the articles and add new data, maps, and links.
In addition there are diferent portals for each Contry in the are with information, reviews, content and references. A very interesting and complete resource that should be taken into account.
